We operate internationally and shipping takes anywhere between 2 - 12 days. Depending on the country, it can take up to 20 days if import customs hold the package for extra checks.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.

The DTF prints are well set into the fabric and can withstand hundreds of washes. Please follow the washing instructions on the product page to avoid damage.

The hoodies are made to be slightly oversized/baggy for your normal size, therefore I do not recommend to size up or down, go with your normal size.
