Refund policy

As we ship from multiple places in the world, it is hard for us to take returns. Therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. You can cancel your order before 10 PM of the day you place the order. To cancel the order please email reikon.wear@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the hoodie is defective or faulty upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with proof of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please check the sizing and measurements before making any final decisions.
